Not a listing site. A catalogue of (almost) every loft building downtown — its history, its conversion, and every sale closed in it over ten years. Free to join.
Each address opens to its own record: history, statistics and every closed sale. Compare any building against up to two others.
A loft building of 59 suites in charcoal brick and panelled glass on Stewart Street, off King West.
Freed Developments built it to designs by Core Architects, with interiors by Cecconi Simone. It is a single mid-rise volume of charcoal brick set against panelled glazing, the darker counterpart to 66 Portland next door.
Suites are lofts in section and finish: exposed concrete ceilings and ductwork, concrete pillars in some units, window walls, polished concrete or hardwood floors and private balconies. Some are arranged over two storeys.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
