A five-storey loft building of under thirty suites on King Street East near St Lawrence Market.
Harhay Construction Management built it in the early 2000s; no architect is recorded. It is a small mid-rise with few shared facilities, which keeps its fees low. Whether the site held a warehouse that was converted, or the building is new, is unsettled.
Suites are open plans with exposed concrete and large windows, running from single-level one-bedrooms to two-level lofts with mezzanines, some with terraces or rooftop patios. Ceilings are reported between nine and twenty feet.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
