An eight-storey glass and brick loft building on Lombard Street, east of Yonge.
Intracorp built it, with the design attributed to Core Architects. It is a small building of 83 suites with a concierge, gym, party room, guest suite and rooftop deck; what stood on the lot before is not recorded.
Suites are soft lofts with ceilings reported between ten and seventeen feet, balconies or terraces, and a set of two-level units marketed as New York-style townhouses, some with mezzanines. Sizes run from about 640 to 1,640 square feet.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
