Overview & history
The building was completed in 1913 as Perth Avenue Methodist Church, to Neo-Gothic plans by G. M. Miller and Company, with buttresses and towers at two corners. Windmill Development Group converted it, adding a four-storey wing on the north side, and marketed it first as Union Lofts.
There are 39 units, one to three bedrooms, from about 500 to 1,880 square feet. Plans in the church portion are shaped by the turrets and arched openings; the addition is conventional. Most units have a balcony or terrace.
