A former factory near Bloor and Lansdowne converted by Plazacorp into lofts in 2003 and 2004.
Overview & history
The building stands on St Helen's Avenue a short walk from Lansdowne station. Built around 1911, it ran as a mattress and bedspring factory; one account traces an earlier use as a brass and lead foundry.
Units range from roughly 314 to 1,110 square feet across one to three internal levels and keep exposed brick, wood ceilings and beams, exposed ductwork and warehouse windows. Rear mews units have private laneway entrances.
