A 13-unit conversion of a former garment and uniform factory on Clinton Street in Little Italy.
Overview & history
The building was a clothing factory before conversion. Its name comes from a local story that neighbourhood children were paid a penny for each button they collected off the factory floor.
The 13 suites are unusually large for a Toronto conversion, reported at roughly 1,340 to 2,500 square feet, with mezzanines, private terraces or gardens, and exposed brick and wood beams.
