A 20-storey loft tower at Queen West and Peel, with four lower loft buildings and a grocery store at street level.
Streetcar Developments built The Carnaby to designs by TACT Architecture, stepping from four to twenty storeys. The tower holds 213 lofts and four smaller buildings a further 224, linked at grade by a pedestrian route.
Suites run studio to three-bedroom under nine-foot ceilings with exposed columns and open plans. Sizes are reported from about 380 to 1,425 square feet, and every suite was said to have a terrace at the sales launch.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
