An eight-storey loft building at 510 King Street East with 182 suites and ten live/work lofthouses.
Streetcar Developments built Phase II to designs attributed to Quadrangle Architects, as one main building with ten lofthouses beside it. The shared amenities of both phases were brought into this building.
Suites run from 448 to 1,788 square feet with live/work options. Finishes are sealed concrete floors, European kitchens and sliding bedroom doors with glass inserts under ten-foot ceilings; the lofthouses have their own external doors and parking.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
