Not a listing site. A catalogue of (almost) every loft building downtown — its history, its conversion, and every sale closed in it over ten years. Free to join.
Each address opens to its own record: history, statistics and every closed sale. Compare any building against up to two others.
A six-storey building of twenty-one suites on College Street, stacked as offset dark-framed volumes over shops.
Neilas developed it to a design published by RAW Design, a mixed-use building of about 24,000 square feet on a lot of 7,000 with no rear lane; an earlier scheme was credited to Quadrangle Architects.
The twenty-one suites are not uniform: single-level plans, units on two levels or with mezzanines, and two penthouses of about 2,100 square feet over two storeys with private roof terraces. Interiors are open-plan with exposed concrete columns and nine-foot ceilings.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
