Harhay Construction Management built it to designs by architectsAlliance, with Peter Clewes as architect. The building is clad in glass, steel and brick and rises about 46 metres, fronting Abbey Lane, King and Princess; occupancy began in January 2010.

Suites are one and two storeys with penthouses above, under nine-foot ceilings with exposed concrete and gas connections on the balconies. Sizes run from about 480 to 1,928 square feet.
