Not a listing site. A catalogue of (almost) every loft building downtown — its history, its conversion, and every sale closed in it over ten years. Free to join.
Each address opens to its own record: history, statistics and every closed sale. Compare any building against up to two others.
A ten-storey L of grey glass and precast turning the corner of Adelaide and Morrison at St. Andrew's Playground.
Freed Developments built it to designs by Core Architects, with interiors by Cecconi Simone. Cantilevered glass balconies stack up the facade against a glazed stair, the lower floors step down into two-storey townhouses, and the inside of the L holds a courtyard.
Suites are open-plan with concrete ceilings, columns and walls left as the finish, behind floor-to-ceiling glazing. Sizes run from roughly 500 square feet to about 3,400; upper floors carry terraces over 1,000.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
