A 44-unit hard loft conversion of the former B.F. Harvey Co. bedding factory on Dundas Street West.
Overview & history
The building went up around 1911 for the B.F. Harvey Company, which made bedding including feather duvets, giving the conversion its name. Two floors were added in 1922, bringing it to five storeys.
Plazacorp converted the building in the late 2000s. Suites run roughly 430 to 1,070 square feet, with 11-foot ceilings and up to about 14.5 feet in the penthouses, plus wood posts and beams and exposed ductwork.
