01

Overview & history

Freed Developments built the project to designs by Core Architects. Suites are half-floor or full-floor, reported at roughly 2,500 to 6,000 square feet, with private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling glazing and terraces.

The exterior uses charcoal ironspot brick, Ipe wood soffits, black zinc flashings and frameless glass balcony guards, which the architect describes as a response to the surrounding warehouse district.

Sales per year

Price per square foot

The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
