A ten-storey loft building at Dundas and Carlaw, built by Lamb Development beside its own Work Lofts.
An Ontario Municipal Board decision of October 2008 rezoned the site and approved ten storeys, reduced from eleven, with 84 live-work units over two floors of employment uses and four underground parking levels. Core Architects is named as architect.
It is marketed as the second phase of the Worklofts complex next door, though the two are separate buildings on separate sites with their own corporations. Suites have nine-foot ceilings, engineered hardwood and gas connections on the balconies.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
How to read the figures, and where the history comes from.
