A 16-storey loft building on Oxley Street, behind a curtain wall of glazed panes framed in dark metal.
Lamb Development Corp built it, with the design attributed to Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. The wall it presents to the narrow street steps back at the tenth floor, and with little frontage parking sits three levels down behind a vehicular elevator.
Ceilings are ten to eleven feet, with concrete walls and columns left exposed behind window walls. Townhouse units at the base have street entrances, flats fill the middle floors, and penthouses of about 1,900 square feet sit on top.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
