Not a listing site. A catalogue of (almost) every loft building downtown — its history, its conversion, and every sale closed in it over ten years. Free to join.
Each address opens to its own record: history, statistics and every closed sale. Compare any building against up to two others.
A red brick mid-rise at College and Markham with a shop at grade, stepping down toward the houses behind.
Context Development built it to a design by architectsAlliance. A rusticated masonry base carries storeys of red brick, with the top switched to curtain wall so it reads as a separate contemporary addition; the massing was drawn from warehouses nearby.
Lower-floor suites are single-level, wide and shallow behind full-width window walls; two-storey lofts with terraces sit on the sixth and eighth floors. Ceilings are exposed concrete at nine to ten feet, and sizes start near 510 square feet.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
How to read the figures, and where the history comes from.
