A 145-unit conversion of the former George Brown College campus spanning 160 Baldwin Street and 21 Nassau Street.
Context Developments converted the vacant campus, originally built as a school, into 145 lofts completed in 2000. The roughly 150,000-square-foot project wraps a planted courtyard and includes street-level retail.
The complex is addressed on two streets: 160 Baldwin to the north and 21 Nassau to the south. Suites run about 500 to 1,800 square feet, and some ground-floor Nassau units have private entrances.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
