A four-storey, 46-unit conversion of the former Gillette razor factory on Adelaide Street East.
Overview & history
The building housed Gillette razor manufacturing in the early twentieth century. The conversion produced 46 units over four storeys, with ceilings generally 11 to 13 feet, exposed concrete columns, brick posts and warehouse-scale windows.
The original factory courtyard was kept and roofed with a skylight, forming the atrium in the main lobby. The mix is reported as 36 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom lofts, some with private walk-out terraces.
