Twelve lofts converted from the upper two floors of a four-storey commercial building near King and Frederick.
Overview & history
Sanderline Developments converted the top two floors into twelve residential lofts in the late 1990s, leaving the lower floors commercial. Units have roughly eleven-and-a-half-foot concrete ceilings and large windows.
The original construction date and first occupant are undocumented: the one source that looked notes the building is absent from the 1924 fire insurance map and that no record of its original purpose was found.
