A small early-twentieth-century factory on Macdonell Avenue converted in 1986 into six loft residences.

The building is a low-rise brick industrial structure on the east side of Macdonell Avenue, south of Dundas Street West, converted in 1986 and so among the earlier loft conversions in the west end.
The conversion produced six units, several over two or three internal levels, some with rooftop terraces. No source records the developer or architect.
