The building was a storage warehouse for Toronto Hydro, dated to the 1950s, though no municipal record fixes it. Burnac Corporation carried out the conversion and the condominium was registered in 2009. The exterior is concrete and beige brick with large warehouse windows and art deco character.
There are 211 units over six floors, set around a landscaped courtyard. Ceiling heights differ by level rather than by unit: about 14 feet low down and about 10 higher up. Sizes start around 545 square feet.
