Sixty Lofts

60 Bathurst St & 60 Niagara St, Toronto M5V · Niagara

A glass and concrete loft building at Bathurst and Niagara, joined to a smaller red brick building behind it.

Against up to two others, on price, size, how each has held up and how rarely they come up.
01

Overview & history

The Sorbara Group built the complex; the design is attributed to Quadrangle Architects and, elsewhere, to Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. The corner building is smooth glass and concrete; the Niagara Street building is red brick with backyard gardens at grade.

Suites have ten-foot concrete ceilings with exposed metal ductwork and floor-to-ceiling windows. The tenth floor of the corner building holds two-storey penthouses, and loft townhouses with private gardens sit at grade.

Statistics

How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.

Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.

Sales per year

Price per square foot

The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.

Same unit, sold twice

03

Transactions

Every closed sale in the record, newest first.

◆Before this goes public: unit-level sold data is likely to need a registered-viewer gate under board data rules. Confirm with the brokerage; the statistics above are the lower-risk public layer.
