Each address opens to its own record: history, statistics and every closed sale. Compare any building against up to two others.
A terraced tower of glass and red brick at Richmond and Sherbourne, with two-storey lofts on part of its height.
It was built in the early 2000s to designs by Rafael and Bigauskas Architects; the developer is recorded as Triloft Developments, and elsewhere as CDCL Real Estate with Triloft. The tower steps back as it rises, which is why accounts of its height differ.
The two-storey lofts have ceilings over sixteen feet, open mezzanine bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows; the rest are single-level studio to two-bedroom suites. Sizes run from about 350 to 1,000 square feet.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
