A loft building of about sixty-five suites on Camden Street, with rolling interior walls and terraced penthouses.
Intracorp built The Sylvia to designs by Quadrangle Architects, with Urban Capital named as a partner. It is seven or eight storeys, about 23 metres, on a short street in King-Spadina.
Suites are open plans with operable windows and shaker-style cabinets, closed off where needed by walls that roll rather than partitions that stand. Bedroom levels are raised above the living space, the penthouses terraced, and sizes run from about 511 to 1,680 square feet.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
