01

Overview & history

Streetcar Developments built it on a site of about 1,350 square metres that had held a small retail plaza with surface parking. Four storeys of yellow brick carry four set-back floors of glass and steel; the architect is recorded as Giovanni Tassone, as TACT Architecture, or as both.

Suites are open-plan lofts with nine-foot ceilings, large windows, stone counters and stainless appliances, from roughly 414 to 1,368 square feet. The penthouse floor carries private rooftop terraces.

Sales per year

Price per square foot

The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.

◆Before this goes public: unit-level sold data is likely to need a registered-viewer gate under board data rules. Confirm with the brokerage; the statistics above are the lower-risk public layer.
