Overview & history
The original floors keep red brick walls, timber posts and beams, and wood ceilings reported at 10 to 13 feet behind arched warehouse windows. Newer storeys sit on top, capped by four penthouses with rooftop terraces.
At 45 suites the building rarely has more than a handful of sales in a year, so its statistics swing on single transactions. Suites run from roughly 440 to 1,300 square feet; almost everything that trades is a one-bedroom.
