A 12-storey L-shaped tower at Dundas and Carlaw with live/work townhomes along its east edge.
Streetcar Developments built it to designs by TACT Architecture, with Prishram Jain as principal. The L-shaped tower is brick with a glass curtain wall, and a row of 21 live/work townhomes runs along the eastern edge of the site at the northeast corner of Dundas and Carlaw.
The developer advertised 320 lofts alongside the townhomes, from about 347 to 1,815 square feet, with interiors and amenity spaces by Seven Haus Design.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
How to read the figures, and where the history comes from.
