A 28-unit 2010 conversion of the former Centennial Methodist Church at Dovercourt and Bloor.
Overview & history
The church dates to 1906 and served as Centennial Methodist Church, later Centennial Japanese United Church. Dovenco, headed by architect Bernard Watt, converted it into 28 lofts completed in 2010.
The conversion kept restored stained glass, exposed brick, cornices and century-old steel trusses, and added a central atrium with an octagonal skylight. Units range from roughly 612 to 1,484 square feet across many floor plans.
