A five-storey brick and glass loft building on King West, with mezzanine suites under double-height windows.
Triloft Developments built it; no architect is recorded. It is a boutique building of 76 suites with an industrial-inspired brick and glass front, and the shared facilities are a gym, party and meeting rooms, a sauna and a parking garage.
Most suites are two-level, with a mezzanine bedroom over a living room lit by double-height windows to about sixteen feet, reached by a spiral stair. Sizes run from about 700 to 1,076 square feet, and ground-level suites have private terraces.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
