An eight-storey loft building at Trinity Street and Eastern Avenue, on a former car dealership site.
Streetcar Developments built it to designs by Giannone Petricone Associates on a site of about 0.11 hectares covering both street numbers, which had held a commercial building used as a Kia dealership. The building is curved, with a retail unit at grade.
Suites are loft-style with nine-foot exposed concrete ceilings, hardwood floors and open layouts, from about 494 to 1,696 square feet, alongside two townhomes.
How often units trade and what they trade for, computed from closed sales only.
Market data records size as a band (e.g. 800–899 sq ft). Every price per square foot on this page uses the midpoint of the band.
The line is the year's blended figure (total dollars over total square feet); the shaded band spans the bottom-to-top-of-band range.
Year figures move with the mix of what sold.
Every closed sale in the record, newest first.
Get told when a unit here comes to market, and what it is asking against the building's own history.
