A three-storey brick warehouse of 1907 on River Street, built for the Queen City Vinegar Company, carrying two added storeys of steel and glass.
Overview & history
The building was put up in 1907 as a three-storey brick warehouse for the Queen City Vinegar Company. Streetcar Developments restored the brick and its industrial windows and added two storeys of steel and glass above. Completion is given as 2008 or 2009.
There are 36 to 38 suites. Those in the original warehouse keep exposed wooden beams and sandblasted brick, with ceilings reported between 10 and 14 feet; the addition has polished concrete and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Sizes start around 620 square feet.
