An 18-unit conversion of a 1917 industrial building on a laneway off Brock Avenue.

The building was put up in 1917 by the Toronto Pharmacal Co. and later ran as a furniture factory. The conversion was one of Toronto's earliest, led by Florence Plonka with artist Betty Kaser and planner David Jackson.
Twenty units were approved and 18 built, each with a separate entrance, ceilings of roughly 10 to 12 feet, and many with skylights or terraces. The condominium registered as MTCC 783 on 15 June 1988.
