A two-storey brick commercial building of the 1930s on a Cabbagetown residential street, converted into ten lofts and named after a newspaper that did not have its offices there.

The paper's own building history does not support that, placing it downtown from 1876 until it folded in 1971.
There are ten lofts over two storeys, from about 570 to nearly 3,000 square feet, with ceilings of fourteen feet. Several are two-level, with mezzanines reached by spiral staircases or ladders.
The Evening Telegram began publishing in Toronto, from 67 Yonge Street.
The Evening Telegram, by then the Toronto Telegram, ceased publication.
