Overview & history

The church dates to 1912. Bob Mitchell carried out the conversion within the existing envelope, with no additions.

There are 32 units. Floors were inserted into the sanctuary volume, so most homes cover one or two levels and at least one runs over five half-levels. Ceilings reach about 14 feet and sizes run from roughly 750 to 2,200 square feet.
