A small 1997 conversion of a 1950 Decca Records depot at Richmond and Bathurst.

The building went up in 1950 as a depot for the UK record label Decca and later served as a garment factory. Bob Mitchell converted it in 1997, the second of two adjacent Richmond Street projects he called Industrial Revolution.
Units run two and three levels, with ceiling heights reported between 12 and 20 feet, fireplaces, and private patios or roof terraces created by extending the parapet in reclaimed brick.
Built as a depot for UK-based Decca Records.
Bob Mitchell converts the building into 12 lofts as Industrial Revolution II.
