A 1919 Edwardian bread factory on Dovercourt, heritage-designated and converted to 86 hard lofts in 2007.

The Ideal Bread Company opened the building as a commercial bakery, and its brick Edwardian Classical frontage is protected under the Ontario Heritage Act. The conversion kept exposed brick and open floor plates, with ceilings reported at 12 to 16.5 feet and some two-storey suites.
Suites run from about 485 to 1,800 square feet.
The Ideal Bread Company opens the present factory, designed by Sydney Comber. Ideal later merges into Wonder Bakeries.
The conversion to 86 lofts completes.
