A small former bakery at the closed end of a short Leslieville street, divided into a handful of lofts.

The building was put up in 1953 and operated as a bakery. The conversion was owner-run rather than developer-led: the couple behind it divided the building into condominiums themselves and kept one unit. It was registered at the end of 2012.
Sizes run from about 370 square feet to over 1,600, with polished concrete floors and exposed steel beams. Some units have private rooftop terraces, and there are no indoor amenities.
Conversion to residential lofts completed; the condominium corporation TSCC 2284 is registered on 28 December.
