Overview & history
Lamb Development Corp built it with Fortress Real Developments to designs by architectsAlliance, with interiors by II BY IV Design. Its white gridded front is handled in a mid-century modern manner meant to suit the lower buildings on Adelaide.
Suites are open plans with nine-foot ceilings in the principal rooms, exposed concrete above and floor-to-ceiling glazing, most with balconies, running from about 368 to 1,466 square feet.
