A ten-storey boutique condominium in King West completed around 2012, with fewer than twenty half- and full-floor suites.

Freed Developments built the project to designs by Core Architects. Suites are half-floor or full-floor, reported at roughly 2,500 to 6,000 square feet, with private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling glazing and terraces.
The exterior uses charcoal ironspot brick, Ipe wood soffits, black zinc flashings and frameless glass balcony guards, which the architect describes as a response to the surrounding warehouse district.
Construction is completed.
