A post-war concrete garment factory on Carlaw, converted and doubled in height in 2008.

The four original floors are poured concrete throughout: fluted columns, concrete floors and exposed concrete ceilings reported at 11 feet and up, lit by large warehouse windows. Four storeys of glass, steel and brick were added on top in the conversion, with balconies cut into the facade openings below.
Suites run from roughly 450 to 1,300 square feet.
Atria completes the conversion: the four factory floors become lofts and four new storeys are added above. The condominium registers on July 30.
