The one surviving building of the Don Brewery, an 1876-77 lager brewery off River Street, now ten three-storey lofts on a short lane.

The building is the lager brewery of the Don Brewery, dated 1876-77. Despite the Distillery District marketing, it was never part of Gooderham and Worts: it was an independent Davies family concern. A fire in 1907 destroyed most of the complex; this building survived. It was converted in the mid-2000s.
There are ten units over three storeys, most running through all three levels as townhouses with their own entrances on the lane. Sizes run roughly 1,200 to 1,700 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings.
The lager brewery building is built to designs by Smith and Gemmell.
A fire destroys most of the brewery complex. The southern lager brewery building survives.
