The former head office of the Massey agricultural implement works, converted to condominium lofts in 2003.

The building served as the administrative head office of Massey Manufacturing, later Massey-Harris and Massey Ferguson. The north section is attributed to E. J. Lennox and a south addition to George M. Miller.
Canderel converted the building in 2003, adding two-level penthouses on a rooftop addition. Interiors keep original brick, heavy timber and oversized windows, with ceilings reported up to 17 feet 6 inches.
The Massey Manufacturing head office is built on King Street West, with E. J. Lennox credited for the north section.
Canderel completes the conversion to 46 lofts and the condominium is registered in November.
The property is designated under the Ontario Heritage Act.
