Gotham Lofts
A hard loft conversion of an early-20th-century King West harness factory, registered as a condominium in 1997.
Overview & history
The building housed the Adams Brothers Harness Manufacturing Company from about 1910, and later an electrical-appliance maker, a clothing manufacturer and furniture showrooms.
Canadian Equity and Development Corporation converted it in the mid-1990s. Suites have exposed brick, wood post-and-beam structure, large windows and, in some units, wrought-iron spiral staircases.
